El Colegio...

Hola a todos! Today I had my first day of school. There are four other people in my class besides me, and one girl wasn't here today so it was veryyyyy small haha. This morning I had Math, History, and Sociology. The classes were each about an hour and 20 minutes (AH!), but they weren't too bad. I could understand most of what my teachers were saying, although they talked veryyyyyy fast! Then we had lunch for about an hour and I walked back home to eat with Sofi and Gonzalo. After lunch we had our english classes, and for some reason I was put in the fourth grade english instead of fifth. So I was with slightly younger kids and it was sooooo boring and the English was TERRIBLE. The class was Environmental Management and it was mostly, completely all bull and my teacher had no idea what the HELL she was talking about. So I was pretty pissed off they put me in the wrong class. After we had a 15 minute break, during which I met Tyler something who is this teacher from Boston who had apparently been meaning to get in contact with me just to talk. So we talked for a while (SOOO NICE to talk to another American! He actually knew Darien!) and I told him how sucky my class was and how unhappy I was, and he helped me get into the proper class (although by then I had missed my other classes). After I just went home and IMMEDIATELY changed out of the uniform haha! Ohhhh man it's so horrible! But I guess it's ok because everyone has to wear it but still...I feel like such a tool haha! But overall my day wasn't too bad, kind of stressful and definitely exhausting.
